Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By ordering a product from Svaja you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
The products, descriptions, and prices shown on this website constitute an “invitation to treat”, consequently all orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Orders placed through this website, whether payment is made at the time of order or not, are subject to confirmation of acceptance by Svaja. Up to the point of acceptance orders placed through the online ordering facility should not be interpreted as contractually binding on either party. Automated system acknowledgements of receipt of the order, confirmation of order, or receipt of payment, do not constitute acceptance of the order by Svaja. Dispatch of your order at the prices shown on the website will in all cases constitute formal acceptance of the order by us in the absence of any other formal acceptance.
A legally binding contract between you and Svaja will be formed when your order is dispatched. If your order is only partially dispatched, the contract will only apply to the goods dispatched. The products that have not been dispatched will not form part of this contract with you until they are dispatched.
Although Svaja endeavour to ensure prices on this website are correct, Svaja reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of any change e.g. in price or expected delivery date between completion of your order and dispatch, Svaja shall inform you by e-mail and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the change, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which Svaja will accept upon dispatch, or (b) reject the change, in which case your reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the remaining part of your order.
In the event of a product becoming unavailable, no alternative product will be substituted by Svaja without your prior agreement. Svaja shall inform you by e-mail of any suitable substitute product and you shall at that point have the right to either (a) accept the substitution, in which case your reply will represent a new offer which Svaja will accept upon dispatch, or (b) reject the change, in which case your reply will represent a withdrawal of your order, or the remaining part of your order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 to 14 days of receipt of order. If Svaja do not have the item you have ordered in stock you will be advised of the estimated delivery time.

Orders to overseas or non-mainland destinations are by quotation - please email us.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP), and all transactions are in that currency.
Claims in respect of missing or damaged merchandise must be made by telephone, quoting the invoice number and followed-up in writing within 48 hours from acceptance of delivery. Claims made or notified to us outside this period will not be considered.

Svaja accepts debit or credit cards through the e-Svaja website.
All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.
All credit and charge card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Svaja, your order will not be accepted and Svaja will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel but is separate and additional to your statutory rights.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a UK statutory right.
Should you exercise your statutory right to cancel the contract Svaja will refund the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery, but not an additional service provided by Svaja, such as special packing or a special delivery service.
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means you are responsible for maintaining the goods in the same condition in which they were received. If the item is not in the same condition as delivered, this may affect your statutory right to cancel.
To cancel an order, please send a request to cancel the order in writing, by either e-mail or post, stating the reasons for your cancellation of the order or return.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless Svaja delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty. If Svaja do not receive the goods back from you, Svaja may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge the cost of collection to you.
After cancellation of the order, Svaja will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item to you as soon as possible after the return of the goods, and within a maximum period of 30 days from cancellation.
Refunds will be made by the same method of payment as the original payment. Svaja will not be responsible for any delays arising through the banking system in the crediting of refunds to cardholder accounts.
Please note that if you are returning goods then their safe return is your responsibility and you must select the most appropriate means of return. If the product is returned with any damage or marks that render the item unsaleable you will be held liable up to and including the price paid by you for the item which will be deducted from your refund.
All glass items are mouth blown by craftsmen and therefore small imperfections, variances in size, colour and shape are a feature of the production process and will not be viewed as faults. Material faults and quality issues must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery and replacement, refund or any other action taken by us is at our sole discretion.
Should Svaja accept there is a fault with the product Svaja will replace it free of charge and refund the postage you incurred up to a maximum of £15.00. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
You warrant that the information you provided during the registration and ordering process is complete and accurate.
Although Svaja take every care to ensure accuracy, Svaja make no warranties as to the accuracy of the information on the eSvaja web site. The extent of the liability of Svaja for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
